Go Green.....
Is Solan facing pollution problem? How can we create a good environment in our hometown?
Come up with your important suggestions.....
The traffic must be controlled...More and more people should walk on the mall and places nearby instead of picking an automobile...It will cure pollution to an extent
i think the solution to the pollution problem is that we should first of all control our self. we should not through the waste any where it should be thrown at a proper place so that environment is not polluted.
thumbs-up to all f u....very well said... 1st we hav to control ourself... Today ppl have gone addicted to there vehicles n alwz seek for any mode of traveling ,leaving the mode of 'Walking'. Ppl just wanna avoid walking.....but dey 'do' walk,when it comes to just roam-around on the mall for no reason leaving there time-pass. And when it comes to there official work or any other...they just avoid walking or even any local bus...they need there own ride. They need there ride to go to a near-by school or college,they need dem again to get there kids back frm school or tutions... and this results traffic and so does it rises pollution. Traffic in solan is the most upcoming prob ppl are facing currently. And when ppl are asked "WHY CARS ?? why not by walking" ,they hav there excuse of getting late. I mean like,come-on man,No place in solan is more then half n hour away if gone walking(leaving exceptions)....all u gotta do is just woke-up half n hour early,thatsit. this will do nothing but increase ur body metabolism ,ur stamina and ur fitness...n ya,it'll surely reduce traffic prob and pollution too.so,its upto u if u wnt all this or not... :D AUR HAAN.... :- beer k cans aur chips k packet harkahin na fenka karo :).....try keeping ur city clean by any means and avoid throwing all the junk anywhere u feel free to,except waste-bin.... :D n also try to make those ppl understand whomsoever u see doing all this shit in our city.....
An initiative has to be taken by somebody, try to join hands with some organizations who are actively working in the city, contact the schools in the city, where we can guide students about "Go Green Solan" concept. Try to pass this message everywhere to keep Solan clean through social networking sites, try to contact Municipal committee to help in this issue or if you have some better plans for the city which you think will be helpful, then don’t mind going to DC Office speak to the authority, if there is something in your mind like plan, suggestion, recommendation just go forward,,,,,,,,, Solan Rocks!!!!
acc to me stopping the use of vehicles is not the only solution as vehicles are an essential part for every person. Some things that need to be looked upon are-:
1. people should be educated abt the bad affects of pollution through road shows, banners and posters.
2. there should be fine on any person who is seen throwing litter here and there, adequate dustbins should be put in the city, and those should be the closed dustbins only.
3. people should be advised to make the use of vehicles to a limited extent, its not like that, they should be banned for driving thru the mall road, they should be advised only, as we cant ban any one from doind anything in a democracy.
thats the thing people, its not simple but the thing is that if we want to make the city clean then these r the steps
